to make a meaningful change. Leaving his career in the oil and gas industry, he founded Headstart with
the mission to enhance the quality of life and learning opportunities for individuals with special needs.

With over 15 years of experience in business development and strategic partnerships across the hospitality, wellness, and healthcare sectors, she
contributes valuable insight to Headstart. She focuses on developing strategies that drive growth and ensure the organisation’s long-term sustainability.

Siew Lee Tan

Siew Lee holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health, with experience in hospital clinics and ABA therapy. At Headstart, she develops individualized behaviour intervention plans and provides one-on-one therapy, ensuring holistic and collaborative support for each child’s needs.
